Victor's kindness in customer service really improves the company's image. Today I received an order placed online and made several calls to get information about the shipment. They were always very kind and patient, as the delivery delays depended on the shipping agency. However, they were always willing to help me.
If you come to unload, be patient. The guy at the office is very friendly, but the person in charge of loading and unloading is arrogant and has no people. They've loaded 10 trucks and unloaded none. I've been waiting there for more than 5 hours. If you can avoid coming here, avoid it... Pathetic and pathetic.
I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. As their name suggests, they're scammers! I've been waiting a month for my Christmas order, and it didn't arrive for Christmas or Three Kings Day. I've sent them more than 10 emails and they haven't replied. They finally responded to my last email, saying the order was damaged and they'd remake it (the worst excuse they could have given, as it's clearly not true). A week later, I emailed them again to ask if they'd shipped it, and I still haven't received a response. I don't want the order anymore; I want a refund. If I don't get a response in the next few days, I'll report them for fraud.
